A space for healing, growth, connection, and meaningful change.

I believe therapy begins with the dignity of the person. Every individual, couple, family, and group enters the therapeutic space with a unique story, lived experiences, strengths, challenges, and hopes for what can be different. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change is possible. Together, we create space to understand what is happening beneath the surface, strengthen what is already working, develop practical tools, and move toward greater emotional well-being, healthier relationships, and a more grounded way of living.

Individual Therapy

A space to understand yourself, navigate life's challenges, and move forward with greater clarity.

A space to understand yourself, navigate life's challenges, and move forward with greater clarity. Individual therapy offers dedicated time to focus on you—your experiences, emotions, relationships, concerns, and goals. Whether you are navigating anxiety, grief, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, caregiving responsibilities, life transitions, or simply recognizing that something needs to change, you do not have to sort through everything alone. Our work is collaborative and tailored to your needs. Together, we identify patterns, build on your strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and create space for greater self-understanding, emotional wellness, and meaningful change.

Couples Therapy

Strengthening connection through understanding, communication, and intentional change.

Relationships can experience seasons of closeness as well as periods of disconnection, conflict, disappointment, or transition. Couples therapy provides a supportive environment where both partners have the opportunity to be heard while learning to understand the patterns affecting their relationship. Our work may explore communication, trust, intimacy, conflict, major transitions, unmet needs, or recurring relational patterns. The goal is not simply to determine who is right or wrong, but to help each partner understand themselves, one another, and the relationship more clearly.Together, we work toward healthier communication, greater accountability, stronger connection, and more intentional ways of relating.

Group Therapy

Healing can happen in community

There is something powerful about discovering that you are not alone in what you have been carrying. Group therapy creates a professionally facilitated space where individuals with shared experiences or concerns can learn, reflect, receive support, and grow alongside one another. Participants benefit not only from therapeutic guidance but also from the insight, encouragement, and shared humanity that can emerge within a supportive group. Groups may address areas such as grief, caregiving, stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationships, emotional wellness, and other shared experiences. The goal is to create a space where people can feel seen, develop new skills, gain perspective, and move forward with greater understanding and support.

Family Counseling

Helping families communicate differently, understand one another more deeply, and navigate change together.

Families are systems, and when one person is struggling or the family experiences significant change, everyone can be affected. Family counseling provides space to explore communication patterns, relationship dynamics, transitions, conflict, grief, caregiving responsibilities, changing roles, and other experiences affecting the family as a whole. Rather than focusing solely on one person as the problem, we look at the relationships, patterns, strengths, and needs within the family system. The work is centered on increasing understanding, strengthening communication, establishing healthier patterns, and helping families develop more constructive ways of moving forward together.
