Neurodivergent Minds
Neurodivergence can shape how a person experiences emotions, relationships, communication, learning, work, sensory environments, and everyday life. Individuals with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, AuDHD, and other neurodivergent experiences may also navigate anxiety, stress, masking, burnout, self-esteem challenges, emotional regulation, or the feeling of having been misunderstood for much of their lives.
My approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and respect for the whole person. Rather than viewing difference as deficiency, we create space to better understand how your mind works, recognize your strengths, explore the challenges affecting your mental health, and identify strategies that support your well-being.
Whether you are navigating a lifelong diagnosis, discovering your neurodivergence as an adult, supporting a neurodivergent child or family member, or simply beginning to ask questions about how you experience the world, greater understanding can become an important part of healing, self-acceptance, and growth.

Different ways of thinking, learning, processing, and experiencing the world deserve to be understood—not simply managed.
